This page explains the Consumer right to withdraw from a distance agreement concluded through the Online Store www.victoriavynn24.eu.

1. Right to withdraw from the agreement
A Consumer who has concluded a distance agreement may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
The withdrawal period begins:
- for an agreement under which the Seller delivers a Product - from the day on which the Consumer or a third party indicated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product,
- for an agreement covering many Products delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last Product, batch or part,
- for other agreements - from the date of conclusion of the agreement.
2. How to submit a withdrawal statement
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
The withdrawal statement may be submitted:

- by e-mail to: office@victoriavynn24.eu.
- Via the product return link
The Consumer may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
3. Return of the Product
The Consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the day on which the Consumer withdrew from the agreement.

The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product unless the Seller agrees otherwise.
Important: returns sent to parcel lockers or pickup points will not be accepted unless the Seller expressly agrees otherwise in advance.
4. Refund
The Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including the cost of standard delivery of the Product to the Consumer, no later than within 14 calendar days from receiving the withdrawal statement.
The Seller will use the same payment method as the Consumer used for the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another refund method that does not involve any costs for the Consumer.
If the Seller has not offered to collect the Product from the Consumer, the Seller may withhold the refund until receiving the Product back or until the Consumer provides proof of sending it back, whichever occurs first.
If the Consumer chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method available in the Online Store, the Seller is not obliged to refund the additional delivery costs.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by law, in particular to agreements:
- where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated Product manufactured according to the Consumer's specification or serving the Consumer's individual needs,
- where the subject of the service is a Product that deteriorates rapidly or has a short shelf life,
- where the subject of the service is a Product delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery,
- where the subject of the service is a Product which, after delivery, due to its nature, is inseparably connected with other items,
- for services fully performed with the Consumer's prior express consent, if the Consumer was informed before the service started that after performance by the Seller the Consumer would lose the right of withdrawal and acknowledged this.
The above list is a practical summary and does not exclude other statutory exceptions provided by applicable law.
